SAIC Case Study

Objective

FORGE PR was initially engaged to promote the second iteration of SAIC’s Lecture Series “Toward’s an Anti-Racist Art Ecosystem.” After successful results the PR scope expanded to include various events and exhibitions throughout the school.

The Work

FORGE PR wrote and distributed press releases surrounding “Toward’s an Anti-Racist Art Ecosystem” as well as all highlighted art exhibitions. In addition, FPR developed curated media invite lists for each event and conducted extensive outreach and follow up for both coverage and attendance. FPR worked closely with SAIC faculty to highlight innovative programming and promote the incredible staff, students and community work that is constantly being done throughout the year.

Results

Top placements in Art News, Axios, NewCity, Chicago Gallery News and more were garnered for both the hosted lecture series as well as various exhibitions. Forge PR also secured broadcast coverage for the return of SAIC’s in-person Fashion Show.
